It's been a long time but I was in the class behind you at NYRS...Linda Lange back then. You came to NJ to visit. Great to see that you are doing so well! I was watching Top Chef Masters and thought you looked familiar.

It is great to see you on TV and to see you are still cooking. We miss your cooking in Miami. I went many times to your restaurant and you were always good about making an appearance in the dining room and making sure we were enjoying the meal. I remember a few conversations about your dogs. I hope they are doing well.

I watched Top Chefs last night con mucho orgullo! I have dvr'ed so I will not miss a single episode.

The Manchego cheese that I used was soft manchego and not the aged hard. That is why it was great on grilled cheese as it melted
